Eu am facut o portie si cu proteina din zer (3 linguri) ca sa vad diferenta :) insa aluatul a iesit putin mai moale si textura gogosilor a fost putin diferita asa ca dupa prima tura am mai adaugat in aluat 2 linguri de amidon si au iesti mai bine , daca vrei poti incerca si aceasta varianta insa o sa ai amidonul ca si aliment tolerat ! :) </div>
