Chiftelute cu dovleac si carne de vita ( Butternut squash & beef meat balls )


                                                      Ingrediente :- 800g dovleac (eu am folosit butternut squash)
                                                                           -500g carne de vita fara grasime (tocata)
                                                                           -1 ceapa
                                                                           -1 lingura patrunjel verde uscat ( sau 2 linguri patrunjel verde )
                                                                            -1 lingurita pasta de ardei iute
                                                                            -1 ou
                                                                            -sare si piper dupa gust
                                       Modul de preparare :-cureti dovleacul si il tai in cuburi...
                          -maruntesti dovleacul cu robotul de bucatarie sau il dai pe razatoare ...
                                                  -calesti dovleacul uscat (fara ulei) ...
                                               -prepari carnea toccata si tai ceapa marunt ...
   -calesti dovleacul pana se inmoaie si il condimentezi cu sare si piper ...,apoi il lasi sa se raceasca...
                                                        -calesti carnea tocata ...
 -cand incepe sa se rumeneasca adaugi ceapa taiata marunt , pasta de ardei iute , sare si piper si le calesti impreuna ....
                                        -amesteci dovleacul cu carnea tocata si patrunjelul...
                        -pui amestecul obtinut in robotul de bucatarie . si le maruntesti bine ..
     -pui compozitia obtinuta inapoi intr-un bol , gusti si daca e necesar mai adaugi condimente dupa gust ...
                                                                          -adaugi oul ...
                                                                     -amesteci bine...
                             -formezi chiftelutele , si le asezi pe o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt ...
                -coci chiftelutele in cuptorul preincalzit la 350F (180C) aproximativ 25 -30 minute...
                              -vei obtine niste chiftelute putin mai altfel si foarte delicioase...
                                                     -ideale ca aperitiv sau gustare ...
                                                           -te invit sa le incerci si tu ...
                                                                    Yummy yum yum !
                            Sa nu-ti fie frica sa incerci ceva nou , s-ar putea sa-ti placa ...

Biscuiti cu dovleac ( Pumpkin Cookies )

Azi e Halloween  asa ca nu putea lipsi ceva dulce din meniu ..., cred ca acesti biscuiti deliciosi vor fi perfecti sa ne potoleasca pofta de dulciuri  !


                                   Ingrediente:-pt. biscuiti :-3 linguri dovleac copt dulce si aromat
                                                         -4 linguri tarate de ovaz
                                                         -2 linguri tarate de grau
                                                         -3 linguri lapte praf 0%
                                                         -2 linguri amidon de porumb
                                                         -1 lingurita praf de copt
                                                         -1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
                                                         -1/2 lingurita pudra de scortisoara
                                                         -pumpkin pie spice (nucsoara+scortisoara+ghimbir ) dupa gust
                                                          -2 oua
                                                          -indulcitor dupa gust
                                        -pt. glazura :-2 linguri lapte praf 0%
                                                              -1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
                                                              -un praf pudra de scortisoara
                                                              -indulcitor dupa gust
                                                              -2 linguri lapte lichid 0%
               Modul de preparare:-prepari dovleacul copt  ...
                 -intr-un bol pui 3 linguri de dovleac copt , adaugi restul ingredientelor pt.biscuiti...
                                            -mixezi bine (eu am folosit blenderul manual)
                                            -aluatul trebuie sa fie destul de gros , ca o pasta ...
                                       -tapetezi o tava cu hartie de copt , si formezi biscuitii...
                                           -pui cate o lingura de aluat pt fiecare biscuite ...           
                       -coci biscuitii in cuptorul preincalzit la 350 F (180 C) aproximativ 15-20 minute...
      -reduci temperatura la 300 F (150 C ) si ii mai lasi 10 minute , astfel v-or fi usor crocanti ...
                                         -scoti biscuitii si ii lasi sa se raceasca complet ...
       -intr-un bol pui toate ingredientele pt glazura si amesteci bine , ca sa nu se formeze cocoloase ...
                                                              -glazurezi biscuitii...
                                                    -vei obtine o minunatie de biscuiti ...

                                                              -aromati si deliciosi ....

                                        Sper ca o sa ii incerci si tu , merg de minune langa o cafea aromata ...

Cafea aromata cu dovleac ( Pumpkin Spiced Latte )

Aromele toamnei intr-un pahar ...

                                  
                                Ingrediente:- 2 linguri dovleac copt dulce si aromat
                                                     -1 lingurita nescafé  decaf
                                                     -2 linguri lapte praf 0% (optional)
                                                     -1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
                                                     -1 cana lapte 0% (236 ml)
                           -1 cana apa ( daca vrei poti folosi cafeaua ta preferata si atunci nu mai adaugi ness)
                                                     - pupkin pie spice dupa gust ( scortisoara+nuccsoara+ghimbir )
                                                      -daca preferi mai dulce mai adaugi indulcitor dupa gust
    
                 Modul de preparare :- prepari dovleacul copt ...

                           -adaugi in paharul de la blender 2 linguri de dovleac copt + nescafé ...
                                  -adaugi laptele praf + laptele lichid +apa + pumpkin pie spice..
                                                           -adaugi esenta de vanilie ...
                                                                 -blenduiesti bine ...
                                                        -si servesti cu multa pofta ....
 Eu am facut varianta rece , daca preferi o poti face fierbinte  : -intr-o craticioara pui toate ingredientele , amesteci bine si cand fierbe , iei de pe foc si blenduiesti cu un blender vertical ...

 
                                        Este foarte delicioasa , sper sa o incerci si tu !
